Contingency Recruitment:
We hold a comprehensive database of interviewed, experienced sales professionals with a vast range of skills and experience covering all market sectors. Our candidates range from area sales executives, account managers, business development managers, key & national account managers, sales managers and sales directors.
We are glad to run through your sales requirements with you to actively match and see if we have suitable candidates for you. As policy we will not release a CV without the candidate’s permission and have gained confirmation that they are interested and suitable for the role.
We will present a shortlist of suitable candidates to you and assist as required with the recruitment process.
Should we not have suitable candidates already registered, we will let you know immediately and will be happy to offer to work more proactively on your behalf, advertising and proactively searching for suitable applicants.
Recruitment Advertising:
We have the facility to advertise on a number of sites in addition to our own. These are primarily National job boards and we will be pleased to work with you to get a comprehensive job spec and advertise confidentially on your behalf.
Should you require a featured advertisement in a specialist publication, this can be organised, either branded or confidentially, at a cost to the client. On this basis we would assist to compose the advertisement and manage the process from there on, collating CV’s, short listing and managing the first stage interviews.
Search & Selection:
This is the service of identifying potential suitable candidates through research, actively seeking and approaching candidates from specific markets / sectors to suit the role requirements.
