Description:

Our client is a highly successful meat, fish and poultry trading business with offices in the UK and throughout Europe.  They procure throughout the world and sell to wholesalers, meat processors, food manufacturers, retail and catering, UK and Internationally. 

As part of a planned expansion we have been asked to source an experienced trader.  Our client is open minded whether this person be relatively new to the arena or at senior level, the remuneration package will reflect accordingly.

The role will be a mixture of working with existing suppliers and customers and generating new revenue streams for the business.  Our client is happy for you to utilise your skills and target markets best suited to you.  Full training and support will be supplied to ensure you are up and running as quickly as possible, integrated in to the stable and successful team. 

To be considered for this role, you must have traded meat, fish or poultry world wide.  You will have experience of developing new business opportunities.  You will be a naturally enthusiastic later thinker, with the ability to develop relationships at all levels, negotiating and closing high value deals.

You will be organised, professional, numerate and ideally speak a second language, although this is not essential.  This is an office based role with the opportunity to meet with clients as required to secure and develop business.
