As part of a planned expansion, our client has asked me to source a Membership Executive who will assist the sales team with:

Key responsibilities

Processing all administration for new members

Maintain regular contact with all members, updating of forthcoming events, conferences, round tables and breakfast meetings, updating each customer of the focus of each event and outlining the relevance to their team

Will be the key point of contact for all member communications

Will assist with the event attendance my making sure all customers know the focus of the event and are attending accordingly, this is part of their membership, so not a sales function, purely co-ordination and customer service.

Reporting on event outcome and feedback from customer

Liaising with finance team for billing changes

This role will include attendance to around 30 events a year in London, a fabulous opportunity to meet and support the customers they will be speaking with regularly.

Key skills & experience

Will have worked within a Business to Business focussed membership or event environment, in a customer support and/or administration capacity

Will have strong admin & organisational skills

Strong communicator who is happy maintaining regular contact with customers to know what they are seeking from their membership

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to work to toward tight deadlines and to manage priorities

Strongly motivated to achieve results, with a high degree of professionalism

Results driven, team oriented and customer focussed
