Our client is a highly successful specialist software developer. Due to internal promotion, our client has asked us to source a support service desk advisor, who will join the team in offering all levels of software support their customers.

The role:
• Provide all levels of software support to all customers via phone, email and ticketing system covering all internally developed software solutions
• Provide first class customer service, offering prompt and efficient assistance
• Take ownership of helpdesk tickets and provide updates as required
• Provide immediate diagnosis or problem resolution, or obtain appropriate further details for internal escalation
• Develop and implement customer specified reports as required
• Provide process / product guidance using best practice information

Suitable applicants:
• Helpdesk / service desk / software support experience
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills
• Experience using SQL server and/or SSRS report writing would be ideal
• Ideally have a good knowledge of Microsoft products, services and operating systems
• Experience of Java / Javascript applications would be a benefit
• Will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to listen and communicate effectively at all levels.
• You will be organised and happy multitasking in a busy environment
