Our client offers a variety of events, conferences, round tables, summits and breakfast meetings focused on supporting and training industry leaders and offering bespoke packaged partner opportunities for sponsorship agreements covering headline, speaker, brand optimisation, stands, quality leads and other.

We have been asked to source a strong account manager / account executive, who will work closely with the partners / sponsors to offer them the best opportunities to present and promote their products and services to the members. The Role:

Key responsibilities
• Maintain regular contact with around 15 key partners, updating of forthcoming events, conferences, round tables and breakfast meetings, and discussing the opportunities agreed by sales and available opportunities
• Processing all administration for new and existing business to business partners and sponsors
• Will be the key point of contact for all partner communications and bookings, ensuring the agreed portfolio for sponsorship literature, programmes, stands, key speaker, room layout, advertising and more are produced and in place as agreed.
• Greeting partners on arrival and ensuring they are happy with all agreed packages put together and they have access to the right people
• Reporting on event outcome and discussing feedback with event managers and partners
• Liaising with finance team for billing changes
• This role will include attendance to around 3 large events a year in London, and a selection of smaller boutique events, this a fabulous opportunity to meet and support the customers they will be speaking with regularly.

Key skills & experience
• Will have worked within a B2B focused event environment, in a partner or sponsor customer support, account management capacity
• Will have strong admin & organisational skills
• Strong communicator who is happy maintaining regular contact with customers, discussing ongoing opportunities
• Strong team player used to liaising with sales, internal teams and suppliers to ensure all packages are put together to client specification.
• Strong customer service skills, happy working with customers at all levels
• Ability to work to toward tight deadlines and to manage priorities
• Strongly motivated to achieve results, with a high degree of professionalism
• Results driven, team oriented and customer focused
